It’s official—our mates at Paradiso Surf have set up shop at the Ocean Breeze Bar, and they’ve brought the goods.

If you haven’t heard of these guys yet, they’re out of Dunsy, and honestly, they’re the real deal. Every board is designed, cut, shaped, and finished in their workshop, and they somehow nail that old-school vibe while keeping things fresh with modern materials. Basically, if you’re chasing a board that’s as authentic as the South West coast itself, these are the guys to see.

For our summer pop-up, Paradiso Surf went all out and crafted FOUR custom Shelter x Paradiso boards—yep, four absolute rippers. They’re on display upstairs at Ocean Breeze, and they’re also up for grabs. Here’s the lineup:

1️⃣ Shelter x Paradiso Twin

This one’s got vintage vibes for days. Think classic outline, retro foil, but with updated rails and fin placement for a bit of modern flair. It’s high volume for gliding through flat sections and still snappy enough to rip into a turn. Whether you’re cruising or charging, this Twin’s made for the South West summer.

2️⃣ Shelter x Paradiso Mid Twin

You know those days when the surf’s a bit slow, and you’re mostly sitting around chatting but then—bam!—a pearler rolls through? That’s where the Mid Twin comes in. It’s versatile, retro-inspired, and perfect for keeping the stoke high, even when the sets take their time.

3️⃣ Shelter x Paradiso Mid

Had a big night on the Shelter tins? We’ve got you. The Mid is for those cruisy, low-energy sessions where you just want to float into some peelers with zero effort. Long, lazy bottom turns are the go here, but if you’re feeling ambitious, chuck in some side fins and get carving.

4️⃣ Shelter x Paradiso Log

This one’s made for mid-summer arvos when the sea mist rolled in, the swell’s mellow, and the banks are just right. It’s all about glide, speed, and trimming like a boss. Forget the turns—this Log’s built for style, balance, and keeping things smooth.
