Q: Where are you located?
We're located at 11 Foreshore Parade, just behind the iconic Busselton Jetty. You can view a Google Map of our location here.
Q: Where can I park?
There is a ton of parking in the foreshore complex, there are 184 car parking bays directly behind Shelter on Foreshore Parade and Marine Terrace.
Q: Are you family friendly?
Absolutely! Our menu has kids items and there’s a playground in the beer garden to keep the little ones entertained.
Q: Do you take bookings?
We sure do - you can book online here.
Q: Can I bring my dog to Shelter?
You can on the conditions that you keep them outside and let us pat them.
Q: Do you fill growlers?
We don’t fill growlers but we do sell one litre cans (sorry 964mls!), you can take home of any beer on tap.
Q: What are your current beers on tap?
The Shelter core range is always on tap and sometimes one or two experimental brews. Click here to see what’s on right now..
Q: Do you take cash?
Shelter is a cashless venue. We decided to ditch paper money and coins for a few reasons, but mainly because avoiding cash can slow or prevent the spread of germs (something we’ve all learned a lot about this year). It also increases our speed of service, which means you won’t be waiting at the bar for 15 minutes during peak hour.
Q: What are the gluten free options?
Our menu indicates which items are gluten free. We make every effort possible to keep these meals completely free of gluten, but as we operate an open kitchen and make pizza there is the risk of contamination from airborne particles. But - just so you know - our chips are hand cut by us, we don't put anything with flour on it in our fryers and we use plastic chopping boards that are colour coded to ensure we don't cut the wrong thing on the wrong board.
